Needed a pod to store our belongings safely while we had our floors replaced in our home. The POD arrived next day and picked up right when we needed. The communication was prompt and professional. Highly recommend and will tell everyone that needs storage about it.

I unintentionally called Units because they came up on the top of my google search for Porta Stor. I hung up when I realized that I hadn’t called who I was trying to call and almost immediately, I got a call back from Tom, the owner of Units. He answered every question and had the right blend of professionalism and congeniality, so I rented a 20’ Unit. The delivery guy was on time and took the time to position the unit exactly where I wanted it, while answering all my questions about the unit and the whole delivery system. He was very courteous and knowledgeable and that reinforced my confidence in choosing them. The Unit was clean and did the job.

Ton, Jonathon and Dana have all been so wonderful and easy to work with during every part of our unit rentals. Moving is such a stressful time and this team helped ease a huge burden of moving… the actual moving part! They were attentive and available for all questions, any day of the week and made countless exceptions and changes as our schedule unexpectedly changed! We will absolutely use them again !!

From the beginning the end of our move Units was such an amazing experience. They beat any price of any competitor, they are locally owned and operated, and extremely responsive to any questions or concerns. We sold our house without knowing where we were going to land and so the drop off and pick up of the storage units directly to our old and new place was ideal and so easy. It was such a pleasure to work with kind, respectful, and hard working people. Tom, Dana, and Jonathan are all amazing and made me feel like a good friend right off the bat.

I recently had to use this service to store some furniture during a house project. The team at UNITS was amazing! I had a container delivered, packed by movers, then stored at their facility for 5 months. When the container was returned to me, everything was just as it was when it left me, no breakage, no damage. Kudos to Dana, Tom, and Jonathan for great customer service, super fast communication, and for making a stressful situation less so! I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and to use them again!

Units provided a container for our annual tree lot. The process was great from beginning to end. Easy to work with, very professional and friendly staff and reasonable prices. Had to move from one home to another but new home wasn’t ready yet. UNITS was a life saver with quick, simple delivery and storage for as long as i needed with delivery to new home when i needed. Units of Ventura was an excellent choice for our move from Florida to California. They were spot on with our pick up and delivery dates and Tom was very informative along with his courteous staff. We highly recommend them for any storage or moving needs.

UNITS was our first experience using a storage pod delivery. We needed to clear out a bunch of stuff from our garage due to a flood. They were prompt and very friendly from start to finish. And I have to say, the remote control delivery of the UNIT into our driveway was pretty awesome to watch for me and my little girls. Shout out to Jonathan who delivered and picked up the UNIT. I haven't even received my container yet but let me tell you, I'd recommend this company to anyone who says they need a storage solution. Matt communicated with me through email because I have a toddler who takes all of my attention. He was thoroughly understanding, and was quick to respond every time. We eventually reached each other by phone and he was extremely pleasant. He walked me through pricing and procedure, and we set up a date for delivery. This was the most painless part of my moving nightmare. I can't thank him enough.

Peter and Matt were awesome to work with to coordinate all the drop off and pick ups. The drivers who actually did the drop off and pick ups were also awesome. Everyone was very onto of communication. The units are clean and easy to use. 100% recommend them!!!

The owner and delivery person could not have been easier to work with. Peter, the owner, was great. I had plans that changed and he always responded with “sorry things didn’t work out just let me know how I can help”. It was very reassuring. Derek, the delivery person, made sure I was happy with placement and knew how to open/close & lock doors. I asked them both lotssss of questions and they always were patient, polite & cordial. Not only in how they spoke, but their skill and quality of work was outstanding. And all that at a lower cost to any competitors... trust me, I research everything and this was no exception. Absolutely fantastic service. Very responsive, and able to adapt when schedules change. We had to reschedule things three different times due to weather, and they were fantastic about it every time.

Having our floors refinished required storing large furniture items out of the house. Decided on renting a storage container delivered to home. After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

This was the perfect way for us to move. We knew that our belongings were safe in a humidity controlled warehouse until our house was finished.

We compared UNITS and Pods and choose UNITS because it was locally owned and less expensive for our storage and move project. The UNIT is sold and easy to pack. The robot allows them to place the UNIT almost anywhere. We had no damage to our stored items. Would definitely recommend and use UNITS again.

FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly!
