Great customer service and communication. They were right on schedule. This made our move so much easier and less stressful. There was plenty of space for our furniture and boxes and he can maneuver the unit perfectly to put exactly where you need it even if you have a small driveway. Our belongings were safe and secure the whole time.

Delivery of the storage unit was on time and very professional. Couldn't have been any easier.

I’m very happy with my decision to go with UNITS to store many items after our devastating tornado damage, a very professional man delivered it and placed it EXACTLY where I wanted it. The unit was spotlessly clean and VERY sturdy top to bottom, so happy I went with these as opposed to the “national pods”!

My experience with them has been wonderful! The owner was in regular contact throughout the whole rental process. The driver was awesome and even texted me to give me a heads up that there were doggy "land mines" all around the unit when he dropped it off (I hadn't been to the property in over a month). I couldn't have found a better company for my moving needs.

I can say a lot about UNITS and all will be positive. It was a pleasurable experience right from the start. I had originally reserved with another company but that didn't work out. At least they were gracious enough to reccomend UNITS. I will reinforce what the other reviewers expressed, from Heather in the office, to Jeff delivering, they were both top notch. The explaintions and placing of the unit showed Jeff's professionalism. They were lower in cost than the competition and provided the lock plus there were a half dozen blankets in the unit upon arriving. ( I don't know if blankets are part of the deal, so thank you UNITS!) Would I recommend UNITS to anyone moving? You betcha!

The experience I had with Units was impeccable! I called them in a panic, and from Larry answering the phone at 7 am, to Heather handling every detail, to Jeff and his "controller"....what great people. We used 4 unites, and the coordination it took was a lot to deliver and pick up units as we filled them, then reverse the process at our new home. Jeff, (the gentleman who delivered the unit) was very professional and thorough explaining the container and how it was made to keep items dry inside compared to other container rental companies. He communicated great from time he left the loading area until he arrived. Very good experience and am pleased I decided to use a local business and help support our Ohio economy. I don't know what to say. I'd booked a move with PODS, measured out my lot per their instruction only to be told 45m before they were to deliver, they were unable to get their lift into my lot. This was a Thursday with me needing to be in Boston by Sunday to start a job on Monday. Needless to say, I was beyond upset. I was referred to UNITS. Not only did the owner answer the phone but he had a UNIT delivered same day to me as a solution using far more agile equipment to place the container (at far lesser overhead for the company to boot - PODS should take note). They were a slightly lesser storage fee on top of the amazing service. The delivery was smooth, fast pick up on Saturday morning leaving me able to drive east by the evening. SAVED MY LIFE. I don't have enough good things to say. The unit itself is also better made for better aeration than the POD. I'm glad I stumbled upon them like this as stressful as it all was. Can't recommend enough!!!

After having an unfortunate experience with another company, I called Units and was able to have a unit delivered within a couple hours. Heather made it very easy and explained everything. Jeff was amazing with his delivery. He parked that container EXACTLY where I wanted with ease. Very personable too. I would definitely recommend Units to anyone looking for storage.

This company was awesome to work with. From speaking with Peter (the owner), or Matt (the VP), and an additional delivery driver, their professionalism was as good as it gets. Not only in how they spoke, but their skill and quality of work was outstanding. And all that at a lower cost to any competitors... trust me, I research everything and this was no exception. They exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend them enough!

Having our floors refinished required storing large furniture items out of the house. Decided on renting a storage container delivered to home. After the usual internet reviews, decided UNITS of Baltimore provided best offer for renting a container with delivery service. Others' offers were $50 or more expensive. Contacted directly by owner to review service contract and arrangements. Very professional and friendly interactions; no hidden gotchas. Delivery and pick up of container was hassle-free. This is a local company and I highly recommend them for renting temporary storage. A+ service.

This was the perfect way for us to move. We knew that our belongings were safe in a humidity controlled warehouse until our house was finished.

We compared UNITS and Pods and choose UNITS because it was locally owned and less expensive for our storage and move project. The UNIT is sold and easy to pack. The robot allows them to place the UNIT almost anywhere. We had no damage to our stored items. Would definitely recommend and use UNITS again.

We used UNITS to store furniture and household goods during a renovation project. The UNITS container was delivered on requested.time and placed exactly where it needed to be for efficient loading. All blankets and strapped were provided as requested. Very helpful team. We could not have expected more. Great job!!!!

After calling around to several portable storage companies, Peter definitely had the best customer service and rates around. He was friendly, informative, honest and flexible. Major bonus for us was that UNITS is a local company. The storage unit was clean and in great shape. Perfect for storing our household items during a renovation project. FANTASTIC experience with UNITS during my recent move. I was a little leery about getting one and doing the move myself for my whole family, but everyone I spoke to and who came to my home was very professional, courteous, and friendly! Even when they were running a little late, I got a phone call early enough to adjust my schedule, and when they arrived, it was a simple process that I didn't have to involve myself in since I was so busy getting situated between homes.
